At our site in South Bermondsey we offer 5 studios for hire, all with natural light, rubber floors and access to kitchen facilities.
Our rehearsal spaces are perfect to test, experiment, explore and develop a wide range of projects, from independent arts performances to film and photo shoots. We offer subsidised rates based on circumstances and funding status, making us the most affordable rehearsal studios in London.

→ Available for hire Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm
→ Studios can be rented by the hour, half-day, day and week (Mon-Sat)
→ Extended hours and exclusive hire available upon request
