What can your studios be hired for?

→ Open or ticketed public events (i.e. theatre performances, markets, exhibitions)

What are the hours? 

We rent our spaces by the hour, half-day, day or week dependent on the rate you are eligible for. Our spaces can be hired 10-6, Mon-Sat. Anything outside of these hours is at our discretion and must be discussed prior to booking. Our team is onsite 9-5, Mon-Fri.


What facilities and amenities are in the studios? 

All studios have access to kitchen facilities including microwave, kettle, fridge, sink and crockery/cutlery. All have rubber gym flooring, natural light, either inbuilt heating or portable heaters, and tables and chairs. 

Our spaces do not have mirrors, poles, dance flooring, yoga mats. Projectors can be hired at an additional cost. 

Studio 1 has a PA system and lighting rig, use of this can be discussed with us in advance. For other spaces we can provide bluetooth speakers.  


Do you have a dance floor / sprung flooring? 

No, we do not have dance flooring. All floors in our studios are concrete with rubber gym matting. Please note this flooring cannot be removed for any bookings under 4 weeks’ length.


Do you have a PA system or speakers I can use? 

Studio 1 has an inbuilt PA system (please let us know in advance if you wish to use this). We can also provide bluetooth speakers in other spaces. 


Will anyone be able to help me unload / set up my stuff? 

We are a small team, and while we will prepare our spaces for you we will not be able to help on the day with moving in or setting up equipment. We expect all our hires to be self-sufficient (though we are always around if you have questions or issues). 


How do I get to you / is there parking? 

We are located in an industrial area of South Bermondsey, between Bermondsey, Queens Road and South Bermondsey stations and with good bus links. We can provide parking depending on availability. 

Are your spaces accessible? 

Studio 3, 4 and 5 are wheelchair accessible. Studio 1 and 2 are located upstairs and the building does not have a lift. If you have any other accessibility needs please give us a call or an email, and we will do our best to accommodate these. 


Can I bring my dog into the space? 

LPS is generally a pet-friendly studio, but please discuss this with us in advance. 


Can I take food and drinks into the studio? 

Yes, but please keep our spaces clean and tidy. There are a number of shops and cafes nearby, and food can also be ordered to the studios. 


Do you require a deposit? 

We may require a deposit dependent on the size of your booking, and how far in advance you wish to book. For our individual rate we require full payment in advance. 


How do I pencil a booking? 

We can pencil a booking for you for 2 weeks. If we receive another request in this time then we will email you, asking you to confirm your booking within 48 hours. 


What is your cancellation policy? 

If you cancel with over 30 days’ notice to your booking you will be refunded the full amount back minus any non-refundable deposit that has been paid. If less than 30 days’ notice is given we can offer you hires credit for the full amount. With less than 7 days’ notice we cannot provide a refund or credit. 


What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment by bank transfer or payment link. We do not accept cash.
